- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on your individual project. It is impossible to provide a cookie cutter price as each project is unique. Details of what you have in mind need to be taken into consideration to really know what you need and want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The process starts with a phone call. We schedule a visit to the site and have a lengthy conversation with the client to find out what their needs and wants are. Based on that we talk about options and move forward with the design and schematic phases to be followed up with the developing of the construction documents in order to submit to the city or municipality to get a building permit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I received a bachelor degree in architecture. I have the influence, studies, and analysis of modern Mexican architecture and the professional experience of the southwestern architecture.
