Hiring Jeff as my bankruptcy attorney was such a great experience. It was like sitting down to coffee with a long term friend. Jeff is professional, easy to talk to, and always willing to put my mind at ease and answer my questions. Unlike with other firms (and trust, I shopped around) when you work with Jeff you work directly with him, your lawyer. No middle men, no paralegals, no automated return messages. One thing he said that struck a chord was "this type of stuff is fun for me. Don't worrying about it, that's why you hired me" - he meant it too. If you need a bankruptcy or family law attorney, give Jeff a call. His rates are fair (in my opinion) and he can help you with whatever your situation may be.

I previously wrote a scathing review about our attorney Jeff Biddle which in hindsight was unfair; so I want to be sure we set the record straight and provide an excellent review which we believe he has earned. We are not discharged yet, but are confident we are well on our way and hope to breathe a sigh of great relief and enable us to start fresh with a new outlook for the future which seemed to be getting more and more hopeless everyday. Everything did not go as smoothly as hoped, but these things are always messy and Jeff has done a great job at helping us through a very difficult time/circumstance in our lives. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t know if I’m the cheapest but I’d worry about hidden charges from lawyers that are cheaper than me. I honestly don’t know how a lawyer can charge $50 for a bankruptcy when the filing fee is over $300!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and, if you like me, pay me and we’re off to the races. If you need your case filed today, usually that’s not a problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to law school at Emory University, a top-tier law school located in Atlanta, GA. After graduating, I started working at a local law firm as a divorce/family law attorney and had a very high caseload. While it gave me great experience, it was hard to give focused attention to any one client. That is why I started my own practice. I get to know my clients and I’m available when they need me and I can devote the attention they need to get the best results for them.
