Introduction: I am a National Association of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. I focus on what I like to call, leg under training. Simply, it is my belief and experience that everyday life is easier when you can control you body. I achieve this by using simple exercises that develops and improves core strength using body weight, balance, resistance bands, kettle bells and dumbbells. I use very little conventional workout "gym" techniques, so little in fact that I do not use a gym unless asked by the client. I do most of my training in Park Circle and homes, but am able to do my training anywhere when asked. I enjoy my job because, I get to be a part of so many different lives. Being your trainer is so much more then push ups. I am a guide in a journey, a person the client can vent to, I am the person that you are counting on to be there for you, and I like being that person. Also I get to push you, show you that you have more in you then what you think.

Mark is a fantastic personal trainer. He keeps you motivated and helps you want to reach your goal. His meal plans and personalized workouts really help for when you can't be in the gym. I would highly suggest mark if you're looking for a trainer.

Mark is awesome. Listens to my needs and helps me more than any other place I've been to. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great workout who like to switch it up often. Keep up the good work

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    my normal process with a new client is to learn as much as I can about then take them through my workouts and fitness assessment.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I am a trainer that’s been involved in team sports and combat sports since I was 8 competed and trained with the highest level athletes. Studied and learned from some of the most well regard coaches and trainer in mine and other fitness related fields. I have a lifetime of EARNED knowledge in sports and fitness and education behind me.
