In the beginning, I decided to go for my personal training certification in order to coach my clients with proper technique and guide appropriate progression in their training program. As a holistic health practitioner, I get to the root cause of dysfunction in the body and work with it to cool down inflammation and accelerate its ability to burn fat. Without proper guidance, education and structure in your nutrition, you will not get to your goal. Without behavior modification and education on positive habit building, you will not get to your goal. You can work out 7 days a week, 2 times a day, but if you are not finding the root cause of why your at the place you are at now, there is not point to it! My approach not only focuses on personal training, I give you the tools to advance your nutrition habits through holistic meal planning and dietary guidance. No more outsourcing for a nutritionist or health coach, my program delivers a world-class technique that is well-rounded. The individualized holistic meal plans I create act as a launching pad for cultivating healthier behaviors. It is my job to make sure my clients are advancing and achieving their goals.
