Hello my name is Tera, and I just recently had Mark's flooring sand some hardwood floors in a house I was renting, because between my kids and our family dog had really given those floors a beating, so when I called him and he gave me an estimate, he assured me that the floors would look beautiful again, because I was a little nervous about how they would turn out, but him and his guys did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone who need there hardwood floor sanded and refinished.
