- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of event. That said, I can provide costs per person based on the number of courses, protein selection, etc. Flat rate pricing is also available for standard menus I prepare.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask clients to complete a New Client intake form. This allows me to become familiar with their dietary needs, food preferences, and an overview of the services they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
