- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based upon the remediation needed for structural repairs or moisture control in the crawl space. We have very fair pricing for offering a one year warranty on all our work, which is done by licensed and insured employees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will typically call or email us asking for us to come out and take a look at their crawl space. We schedule a time that works best for the customer to come out and inspect their crawl space. Our licensed inspector will inspect the crawl space and look at the items the homeowner is concerned with. They will note all items that need to be addressed and a proper estimate is sent to the customer within 1-2 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed contractors in North Carolina and South Carolina. We are also licensed in South Carolina to provide Termite Letters (CL-100). We have over 30+ years of collective home building experience, especially with carpentry and water removal out of the crawl space.
