Ryan is not only an amazing coach, but an amazing inspiration and friend. He not only stays consistent with his health habits and workouts, but he stays consistent in making sure his team is okay and staying on track. His fitness journey is one to be told. It's amazing. The amount of fire and passion I see in him, not only in his personal journey and with his personal goals, but also in helping other people with theirs, is very heartwarming and admirable. I have only positive things to say about him, and I highly recommend anyone to not only follow his journey and/or join his team for their own journey, but to also reach out if they need a real friend. (Also, he's not very good at bowling) :)
