I asked her to do several things and the only thing that got done was... She wiped down a few tables and my microwave with Lysol wipes which left streaks and looked even worse than before they was done. She swept my kitchen and vacuumed my living room and my bedroom. She was supposed to shampoo my carpets and said she for got to bring her shampooer so she used mine and only used straight water to clean the carpet. We are remodeling our bathroom so I told her to just wipe down the cabinets and clean the toilet and tub but she only swept and done the toilet. I have the full emails we sent back and forth, and what she agreed to do was not even 25% of what she done. I also have pictures of before and after as well as video from my home security system that I have not watched yet but I have proof of everything that was said and what her and her son did and din't do.. I had another lady that was going to charge me $100 to do all of what I needed done and I went with her because she said she agreed to everything I told her I wanted done and said she would do it all for the price She Sent Me. I even told her to come look at my house and let me show her what I needed done so she could price it from there and she said it didn't matter, she would do whatever I needed if the Price was fine with me.. She agreed to... Clean all appliances in the kitchen (Didn't Do It) Clean the glass on my front door and front bay window (Didn't Do It) Wipe everything down, Cabinets, tables, mop, dust, clean bathroom (Didn't do it) Shampoo my carpets (Didn't Bring Shampooer) But she used mine and didn't clean the carpets with anything but water) I hate I paid her and she didn't do what she agreed to do. My husband was working right down the street from my house and he said she left about 10 mins. after I left for work. I thought maybe she was going to clean after I left or something. I came home a few hours later to see my house and got into accident and totaled my car and was in the hospital all in the same day. I am very weary of having someone else come clean my house. I even feel bad for posting this on her page because I'm not that kind of person but I don't want someone else to go through what I went through. Beware on who comes to your home for anything...
