- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is unique and always lower than the competition. We price ourselves 10% below any competitor using Thumbtack. My goals are to EARN excellent reviews without squeezing a clients wallet. We understand excellent reviews are EARN thru quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is the same regardless of a new customer or an existing members. We take time out to do a free no obligation "walk thru'' of perspective cleaning opportunities. The ''walk thru'' will let us know exactly how to customize services for client particular desire. Leaving client with accurate estimate for requested services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Years of experience growing up working with my family in the contract work industry. Management experience thru various past employment has prepared me for this endeavor.
