Great company! Impeccable customer service! I was debating replacing the carpets in my home after several failed attempts to clean up urine accidents made by our dog with the carpet cleaning machine you can rent from the grocery store and a small handheld carpet cleaner purchased at Target. Neither of these worked. I was embarrassed to have guests over b/c the smell was noticeable upon walking into the house. I believe this also contributed to worsening of my allergies . . . I was sick for weeks on end, coughing, sneezing, etc. and antibiotics weren't helping. ServiceMaster was my last resort, it should have been my first phone call. I was surprised when the owner himself answered my phone call! This man treats every customer like family! The carpet cleaning exceeded my expectations - I'm no longer coughing or sneezing, the house smell great, and I have not been able to notice any staining in the carpets (my carpets are light brown to begin with but now appear much brighter and have that brand new feeling when they are stepped on with bare feet). I am very satisfied with the results. Thank you ServiceMaster!

Robert Buker and his team do an outstanding job. The Ivey has been a client for 9 years and we have consistently received superior service. Cleanliness is a key component of our brand and as Charlotte’s only Adult Memory Wellness Day Center, we rely on ServiceMaster to be on-site throughout the day providing a full range of janitorial services. They do a great job cleaning and are always reliable, prompt and courteous. Robert is client focused and extremely professional. I highly recommend their services.
