- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being an expert in many disciplines, my pricing varies depending on the type of work required. I am fair and reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is imperative for me to meet with the customer to make sure that we are a good fit. I seldom give quotes over the phone. I like to make sure that I can meet their expectations and proceed with a detailed quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive electrical and plumbing training as well as years of experience in home repair maintenance and improvement.
