- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends upon customers request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet and gather all information the customer has in regards to the vision of the event. I will then take that info and form that vision into a plan where we can create and make the vision a reality. Constant communication with client as questions and/or concerns arise, handling any and all situations with the greatest respect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate in Project Management from Central Piedmont Community College 2016. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Winston-Salem State University 1993. NC Food Serv Safe certified 2015. ABC Mixologist certificate 2013. Over 20 years of restaurant management experience!
