Introduction: Growing up in Montego Bay, Jamaica around a family of great cooks I have since honed my cooking skills on MarlieQ's Caribbean Queen food truck and am able to provide the authentic jerk and curry flavor along with other delicious Caribbean cuisine for your special event for 2 or 200. We also provide fusion flavors for e.g. combining Southern favorites like collards greens with our jerk turkey wings flavor. Yum! Creating fusion flavors between the Southern influences of living in Charlotte for the last decade coupled with my Caribbean roots. Also seeing the pleasure on people's faces when their taste buds start to do the happy reggae dance.

Marlie Q's food is spectacular and the quality of service is stellar. I have had Marlie Q's catered items and individual meals. Each time the flavors are consistent and delectable. I no longer live in the area, but each time I'm in town, I still find a way to fit Marlie Q's into my schedule.

I finally was able to get to the food truck where I heard and read so many great things. I am a big fan of Island food. I ordered the curry chicken, rice and peas, cabbage and Mac n cheese, everything was delicious and very flavorful...the chicken was moist and the meal was a great value for the price. I can't wait til I can get to the food truck again! 😃 #verypleased Samantha
