Overall bad experience! First of all, he was supposed to start the job at 10am. At 10:30am he had not arrived and not given me a courtesy call. I called him and he pushed the time back 2 hours of which he was also 30 min late for. He failed to wet my plants/vegetation/outdoor furniture to prevent damage. He cleans half of the roof and states that he's done with the job. I stated that I wanted the remaining uncleaned roof done and he said he would return the next day due to it getting late in the evening. He arrives late the next morning and prior to him getting started I tell him that I need my entire roof cleaned as quoted regardless if there are visual stains or not. I told him you don't wash half of your car so why would you clean half of the roof or specify that up front. I left the property for approximately 10 minutes and upon arriving I see the tech packing up his equipment as though he was finished. After spending over an hour doing absolutely nothing he assumed I would be gone longer and he would've been gone prior to my return and he probably would've stated that he cleaned the entire roof when I called. Since I caught him in his shady business practice, he states that he can't meet my expectations and returned the payment (check) I gave him the day prior. I stated, that's not the reason, the real reason is you misquoted the job and or you got caught in the middle of a shady business practice. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS!

Sam's work on my roof was high quality. As promised, he used gentle pressure to clean it and took great care to protect any plants close to the job. The roof looked great when he was done and he promised it would get even better-looking with the next rainfall. I was so pleased with his roof work, I asked him to clean my walkway while he was there. I felt that the fee he charged for both jobs was very reasonable.

Queen City Pressure Clean is proud to honor our customers who serve our country. Active and retired military receive a 15% discount. Customers 60 or older are eligible for a 10% Senior Citizen Discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers a free in person estimate is highly recommend. This gives our team the chance to physically come out and assess the property in greater detail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a contributing member of the UAMCC, united association of contract cleaners, gives us the opportunity to attend a wide variety of hands on circuit training, educational seminars, and personal mentoring programs.
