- Have the initial meeting and/or communication - Find out specifically what the customer needs and is looking for and discuss dates - Provide a quote - Confirm flavors, pricing and date for pick up/delivery - Follow up the week before to make sure we are on track

I've always enjoyed baking and decorating and have done it for family for many years before opening up my own business.
