I truly love this family owned Food Truck! They not only serve the most favorable meals but also have a genuine love for people in our community. You can taste the love when you bite into that yummy Empanadas...I love this food!! Everything is GREAT!!! If you looking for good flavor and good hearts then this food truck is for you!! They ALWAYS make my tummy HAPPY every time!!

This was our companies very first time having a food truck at our office. I was referred to Gladys and her crew by City Kitch. Gladys reached out to me numerous times throughout the week to make sure everything would be just perfect for our truck that Friday. She is very easy to work with and the food was great. I had the chicken empanadas and they were awesome. All of the employees loved the food! We will definitely have this food truck return to our office!

My wedding was catered by Milagro's Latin Cuisine. I am Puerto Rican and my husband is Caucasian. We wanted to incorporate the culture and it was important to us to have authentic Puerto Rican food served during our reception. Not only was the food tasteful but I was really impressed with the way the chef surprised my husband and I with a small delicacy on each of our plates. We weren't expecting it! Everyone at our wedding raved about how delicious the food was. Glady's was very responsive, realiable, professional and creative. I highly recommend.

Our prices are based on the service and food items requested such as dessert, drinks and appetizers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Submit your request include the type of event, date, time and number of guests. Then I like to discuss the expectations via a phone call and if we agree, we can proceed to either meeting in person or plan via phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree in hospitality. I am save serve certified by the NC state.
