- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the service and food items requested such as dessert, drinks and appetizers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Submit your request include the type of event, date, time and number of guests. Then I like to discuss the expectations via a phone call and if we agree, we can proceed to either meeting in person or plan via phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree in hospitality. I am save serve certified by the NC state.
