You will learn how to create balance in your life and how to maintain that balance for a lifetime. I have been working for many years in the field of mind/body wellness. Stacie was very patient and listened carefully while I explained what my issues and roadblocks have been in my life. My main issue has been trying to keep a healthy balance between work and personal time. The assignments she gave me were very realistic, but at the same time were challenging and helped me to change my thinking. I highly recommend her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer sessions in increments of 30 minutes for $40 for coaching.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial interview which takes about 15-20 minutes and is free of charge. The we both decide if my technique will fit your needs. Then we create a working schedule that fits your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Psychology/Nutrition from Presentation College. I am a Certified Holistic Life Coach, and a Master Reiki Teacher and Practitioner. I am a member of The United States Association for Body Psychotherapy, The International Center for Reiki Training, The National Association of Holistic Wellness, and The American Herbalists Guild.
