The only reason why 21 wood floors only got five stars is because there wasn’t an option for six. Alex came out here within hours of me asking for a price from potential vendors online. He took measurements and we talked through some options as to how I wanted to make changes in the house. Our front den actually had an 8 inch drop off which apparently was the go to thing when the house was built and we wanted it raised up to match the height of the other floors. Along with that we had our living room or dining room the den and study all new hardwood floors put in to match the existing. Alex and Mario did a phenomenal job in putting down the floors sanding them buffing them and coating them. And on top of that he buffed the entire level and re-coated all the floors with the last coat to make sure that they all matched and gave the appearance that the floors have all been done at the same time. Alex has been one of the most professional contractors I’ve ever worked with, always please, thank you, wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy every time he showed up. I know we’re going to be doing some more hardwood flooring work at the house later on and I will absolutely 100% use 21 wood floors for it.
