Asher Property Management took over 4 properties that I already had tenants in because it was getting overwhelming for me while also working a full time job for me to be able to handle all of it on my own. David is the most knowledgeable real estate professional that I have ever talked to and his property management fees simply can't be beat. I am sure as he gets bigger he will change those fees appropriately, but for now, he can't be beat.

David was on top of things, from day one. My rental home had been vacant for a couple months. He had the proper help come in make the needed repairs. He conducted a through screening for tenants and had it rented the next month. Would highly recommend letting him take the headache of property rentals for you. He does the footwork, you collect the check.
