- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our packages are built custom with you and your budget in mind. Our standard rates are $75/half hour but depending on the number of photos desired our prices do vary. For every additional photo shoot you book with us, you receive a 20% discount. We also offer sales and promotional offers through out the year, so don't be afraid to ask what current specials we're offering!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have an in depth conversation with the customer to gain an understanding of exactly what they're looking. (Sometimes we even discover that they aren't exactly sure, but as long as they have some idea we can deliver photos that wow) After the initial consult we determine what setting/location will deliver the best photos for their project. The shoot will last typically 1-3 hours depending on the type of session (weddings last longer) and during the shoot we often show customers a few shots that we captured to make sure they are happy with the direction. Once we're confident the customer will be happy with the shots we have, we head into the editing portion of the experience. We typically deliver digital files within 3 days to the customer and help them in selecting their top photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yesenia has taken several photography courses and always studies up on the new equipment she has to ensure she is getting the most out of it. She loves projects that require her to learn new skills such as night photography, rainy photo sessions. You think it, she'll train to deliver.
