- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My management fees are 10% of the rent collected. I also charge 1/2 of one's month rent to find new tenant. All other services are complimentary to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After listening to clients needs, I will access the property and come up with best solutions for the clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been property manager for 20 years. I have management 350 single family homes and 3 apartment complexes. I am consistently educating myself and updating my knowledge of residential lease law as well as tenant landlord laws.
