- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge by the hour. After speaking with the client and understanding the scope of work, I will provide a full proposal after completing preliminary research (which is an upfront 2-hour fee). After I provide the research and SEO game plan, I'll break down the hours it will require for executing the initial strategy. Keep in mind digital marketing is a long term investment in a landscape that is always evolving. It's never something you're done working on, but I can help provide a solid foundation and depending on your budget, on-going work and support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Review their website and speak with the client about the scope of the project. 2. Get an understanding of their expectations and after a preliminary round of research compile a full proposal for the amount of work needed. 3. To start a project, I require a 2-hour minimum that I ask for upfront. Any work past that point will be invoiced.
