- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handyman Connection of Matthews prefers to visit the home or office before we give a price. We want to give the customer a firm price that is competitive and complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that the customer call us so we can schedule a convenient time to visit their home or office. Once that is established we confirm the appointment with an email. 4 hours prior to our Craftsman's arrival the customer will receive another email with a photo of the craftsman who will be visiting their home. That eliminates any surprises about who might be ringing your doorbell. The Craftsman will cover the scope of work you need done and give you a written quote at that time.
