- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer reasonable pricing befitting the value of my work. There is a difference between my strategist fees and my consulting fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a FREE 15 minute introduction consultation via phone or video call to each new customer. During this conversation we'll clarify your needs, my ability to meet those needs, and if we're even a good fit to work together. Many of my customers come to me for a variety of business services, so I believe it's best to offer this "get to know you" session. Following the session, I typically send introductory meeting notes to ensure I have a clear understanding of your needs moving forward, and can accurately rate any work we do together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the last 5 years, I've attained a mix of online training, direct coaching, and hands-on learning to develop my skills. Since the start of my working career I have gained experience in Customer Service, Experience Development, Writing and Presentations, Marketing and other opportunities which helped me learn about serving needs and running a business. My work ethic and capabilities have allowed me to work alongside high-action and high-impact entrepreneurs, team leaders, and service providers.
