- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices are preset so our customers know exactly what they are getting and what they will pay..... No need to contact for quote prices are upfront. Here at A-List, we have packaged several of the most requested services into packages (Local to the Charlotte area and Virtual) that allow the clients more time monthly for the team to work the project. Package Rates start at $25.00 an hour Per Hour Rates (depending on project starts at $35.00) Basic Telemarketing rates start at 40.00 an hour Certain Packages require a setup fee. We have several different packages and we try to work with everyone's budget. You will be in good hands with A-List Executive Services we have one goal and one passion Giving you back your time!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being contacted via Thumbtack or any of our other platforms we take the following steps Step 1 the Discovery Call (allows us to learn more about the project and the Client) Step 2 Contract and Invoice is submitted Step 3 Client Portal is established along with Trello Step 4 Client loads all important data to Trello Step 5 is the onboarding Call to learn more about the systems passwords and access steps the Client has in place We begin doing what's necessary to give you back your time.
