FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two options for purchasing a custom website: Option 1 - Subscription Model - We have added a subscription pricing model to better serve our client's needs. We developed this model after much feedback from various small businesses across the U.S.. This model allows us to improve the website over time and benefit our clients in several ways: a) Lower up front costs to get started with your new custom website; b) We are incentivized to make changes/updates in a timely fashion so you remain a life-long client; c) You can budget support and improvements easily since it's already built into the pricing; Option 2 - All Up Front Payment - If you would prefer a one-time up front payment for your project with minimal ongoing fees ($29/month for hosting and maintenance if you choose to have us host it), we can provide that as well. Simply let us know and we would be happy to put together a custom proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) The project is discussed in detail in person or over the phone to best asses the hours required to meet all of the specifications required by the client. 2) A quote is provided for which subscription model would best suite the client, and an all up front on-time payment quote is provided. 3) We send an agreement for your review and answer any questions. 4) All parties agree to and sign the agreement. 5) A custom homepage design mockup is created and edited with client feedback. 6) After the homepage is approved, the custom design will be layered over a CMS platform and functionality is added. 7) The inner pages content is added, the website is reviewed and tested, and everything is finalized as per the client feedback and requirements.
