FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All price quotes are that only... an estimated quote. Because each event is unique to the client & their need their will be other details gathered once we have spoken that may cause the price to be modified (whether that be increased or decreased). For example, someone may say they want full service with China but once we have talked their meal may only require 1 plate, 1 fork, knife, spoon & glass, where the initial quote may have included dinner, dessert, bread & salad plates, salad & dessert forks, coffee cup & saucer, teaspoon etc. In this example, the place setting price would decrease accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking on the phone with a new client gains valuable insight into what their needs & expectations are for their event, while at the same time allowing us to give them an overview of the services we can provide & what is included with the quoted price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Lee is a graduate of Johnson & Wales Culinary School & holds a degree in Culinary Arts. She has owned & operated Culinary Creations for 10+ years.
