Rachel did a great job leading the practical portion of a First Aid/CPR class. She was thoroughly professional and definitely had an interest in the subject. Would recommend and take more classes from her.

I recently had the privilege of attending a skills training of which Rachel was the instructor. Not only was Rachel well-versed in all of the material. She was diligent to answer all of the questions of the individual class participants. Most importantly, she showed genuine care for each of our abilities to perform the skills, not for the sake of being certified, but for the sake of being able to effectively provide care to people in need. She also made the effort to get to know us on a personal level, which is not something you come across often in a standard certification course such as this one.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is currently based on an on-site experience. We travel to your office or organization. The course delivery includes 5 certifications, and additional participants can be added beyond that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a simple scheduling process. Once you contact us, we can answer questions, help you select the appropriate course, and book the date that works best for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed training provider with the American Red Cross and I am certified to teach CPR/AED/First Aid, as well as Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
