- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is dependent on the needs of the customer. Service call fees are only charged for customers that opt to not repair their system. Being retired military, and having a school-teacher wife, I know how important discounts can be. I try to keep my costs as low as possible for my customers by eliminating overhead, normally associated with large companies. My lower pricing and level of customer service far exceed the standard of larger companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I strive to listen to the customer and make professional recommendations on options related to their situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have 3 college degrees, am a factory authorized dealer for Carrier, and countless other HVAC related certifications. -Bachelors of Science (Honors) -Associates in Electrical Engineering Technology (Honors) -Associates in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
