- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies. The price depends on how big your home is, and also what type of cleaning you want done. We do One time deep-cleanings, move-in/out cleanings . Bi-weekly cleanings and monthly cleanings. We have a custom clean when customers don;t want their whole home clean just a specific area, those we charge as $35hr We do construction cleanings which are done when a home has been remodeled and it needs a lot more work done with the cleaning, those we charge as $50hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is a bit different with each customer, as everybody is unique in their own way. Normally its a phone call were we ask the customers if they have any questions of the cleaning service. When our maids arrive to the new customers home, they usually show them around, explain if they need anything in specific that they need to pay extra attention to, or just a walk through.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started at first babysitting, when the home owner asked if we could help her with cleaning as well. From there she introduced us to a few friends who also needed some help around the house. We saw that we could have a flexible schedule while meeting new people. So we decided to start in the cleaning industry and from there it kinda just happened. Years later we have very friendly and efficient cleaning employees. Customers that are very happy with our service that continue to recommend us, and are still looking for more customers that want to experience an amazing cleaning service.
