- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the client accepts our quote we ask them to fill out a brief questionnaire to get a better understanding of what the client has in mind. They then sign a service agreement and pay a 50% deposit. We arrive 1 hour early, at the venue, on the day of the event to set up and run a few test shots. We stay with the photo booth during the entire time of the event and help the guests choose fun props for the photo. After the event we shut down, packed up the photo booth, and received the remaining balance. The next day we upload the photos to our website and email the client letting them know that the event gallery is live and that they and their guest can download and share all the photos.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have provided photo booths to families that are throwing a surprise birthday party, regular birthday parties, and Sweet 16's. We have provided a photo booth for school dances. We have also provided a photo booth for corporate holiday parties.
