As far as the service itself goes, SIT in Chicago is great! Our dog Joey loves Gina and we love the text updates telling us about her walk and the photo of her as well! when Joey was a puppy and had a couple of accidents in her crate Gina cleaned it up for her and texted us to let us know. We've also had Gina stay overnight with Joey while we were out of town and everything was great. The only feedback I would offer which isn't necessarily a negative but can make scheduling tricky for our changing schedule when I work from home is that walks have to be canceled within 24 hours.
