FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is custom, there are a variety of materials, surfaces and circumstances which make it nearly impossible to provide a quote without the benefit of visual inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically spend a time on the phone discussing the concept and desires, then schedule an onsite meeting to review the space. Once we have taken pictures, measurements, identified challenges and finalized timeframe, we will prove a quote. Upon approval, we will finalize materials, timelines and coordinate any variables such as area access and permits if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have undergone extensive training via our franchise system, participate in countless industry trade shows and workshops as well as being members of the foremost industry association, SGIA. We serve on the SpeedPro's national Franchise Advisory Council and are members of the American Marketing Association to assure that best practices from both a production and creative perspective are always in consideration with the work we do.
