- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I do not. I do like to get eyes on the project before giving a final quote. Each job is different from the next so I like to be thorough while estimating jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building trust is very important when working with new customers. A few examples of how I do that are describing in detail the process and steps needed to complete the project at hand, being on time to the job site, treating the customers' home with respect, and cleanliness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through the apprenticeship school while in the painters union. I've also been taught a lot about expectations and discipline having been in the U.S. Army as an Engineer Diver from 2006-2010.
