- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the location as I use a few different academies to train out of, the fee price varies as each owner is different. I do offer discounts if multiple lesson packages are purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I watch the athlete throw or swing without saying anything to see what they do and from there begin to breakdown the mechanics. Not everyone will have the same exact mechanics as I do not want to develop robots. Every player has there personality and flair to their game.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 yrs of professional baseball As a teenager I had the luck to train with minor leaguers that did their winter training in the baseball facility I basically grew up in.
