Executive Chef w/ over 15yrs experience. Certified in basic culinary and French technique, as well as advanced culinary, which includes international cuisine and entree prep., garde manger, and charcuterie.
Certified in baking and French pastry at fromThe French Pastry School of Washburne Culinary Institute.
National ServeSafe Sanitation Certification with a 12/2024 renewal date.

I'm a corporate guy turned chef, and I'm getting to do what I love! I'm having a ball! I'm a third-generation (New Orleans family) Creole Chef!
I was a single dad with three sons, so I had to cook-a lot!🤣 What I like to cook: I can have a good time with just about anything...American, Southern, South American, Latin, Caribbean, and Italian.
My friends joke that I could "blacken ice cream if I wanted to!"
