horrible... they charged me almost 1000$ to file my taxes. I worked in IL and IN. the guy only filed my federal and IL state not my IN too so I had to pay more money to file my IN separate. Then enrolled me in some stuff that cost almost 400$ and said i didnt opt out of it, well i never asked for it. Next year Im going back to liberty tax.

Romona we are sorry that your experience was less than satisfactory when we had reassurances from you that everything was fine. First, we got you a bigger return than your previous year from a different company. Secondly, we immediately apologized when you didn't opt out of the additional services and refunded you 100% of those fees. Lastly, we drove 40 miles to give your check to you because of the personal emergencies you were facing, instead of dropping it in the mail or having you try to come to us when your vehicle was down. Honestly, you seemed so grateful of our services that we had no idea that you were this dissatisfied. We realize that we can't please everyone no matter how much we strive. We sincerely regret that we didn't meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback to help us serve you better, if given that opportunity in the future.
