- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends entirely on the project and the amount of post production work needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person first if at all possible, to show that I'm a real human being. :) The shoot usually takes up to 2 hours. My usual turn around is 48-72 hours, but may take a little longer due to scheduling. I deliver via Dropbox or Google docs in a small web ready jpg. And a larger print ready JPG.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in photography, and have been actively shooting for 13+ years. I also specialize in analog photography if the customer wants a different look.
