FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Landscape work is so comprehensive (maintenance, construction, service) of all things pertaining to grading, drainage, existing site condition, planting requirements, etc. that a standard pricing structure would not be of benefit to client or company. We like to approach each project as a unique experience. This benefits all parties involved and allows us to meet on a reasonable price for quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact client and arrange a time of convenience to discuss and/or meet to discuss detail and scope of project. Site measure and inventory material and labor needs, and photograph area(s) of improvement. Submit detailed estimate for requested work items. 50% down and a signed agreement is necessary to schedule all agreed upon work items. 50% is due upon completion of all work items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in landscape design and business management. I have been in the industry for 20 years.
