We had Chef Frank come to cook for us and our friends for our Fall Dinner at our house. We all had truly exceptional meal. He was so pleasant to deal with, emailed us with menu recommendation, shopping list of all product needed and was always available to clarify or answear questions. He arrived exactly at scheduled time and dinner was served as planed. His creative and well presented dishes were absolutely superb! Everyone loved his introduction of menu before dinner statted and agreed his passion for food and warm personality was well received by everyone. Chef Frank, make his time and didn't rush. His priority was to be sure everyone was satisfied and happy with the experience. Chef Frank was wonderful and I would highly recommend him for anyone. We looking forward to many more dinners hosted by Chef Frank at our house... Truly Exceptional Experience!

I had Frank help me with some food I needed to bring to a party recently. It was the most incredible tasting Mac and cheese with truffle sausage and a wonderful champagne shallot relish... the mixed green salad with citrus Vin was amazing. Frank is very creative and flexible but runs like a clock which was perfect. It was such a life saver having his help. The home made comfort food with a classy twist I requested turned out to be a huge hit.

Chef Frank catered a small party for a close group of friends of mine, however his food blew away our expectations. His food is classic, his technique is something from another world!!! We are talking grilled cheese literally in and out, pork belly Sliders that rewrite the books, and chicken wings that you cannot find anywhere in the city. One word: recommended!
