Richie prepared a fantastic three course New Year's Eve feast for a group of friends. It was fun, lively, and the food was wonderful! His gnocchi is amazing! Would definitely have him again. Left the kitchen spotless, and even made enough for leftovers which we enjoyed the next day.

We had a simply outstanding experience with Richie in every way. He was incredibly open and engaging when it came to planning the menu. He managed the entire evening solo; cooked an amazing meal; cleaned up after himself with great thoroughness; and was throughly charming and engaging throughout the process. We invited him to come and sit with us at the conclusion of the meal and share some stories from his experiences as a chef. The meal was superb - beautifully prepared and presented; executed with precision, invention, sophistication, care, integrity and enormous skill; and every plate went back to the kitchen empty. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
