- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an easy 3-step process: (1) Share Your Story - A scheduled phone call to hear your career story and discuss your goals. (2) The Strategic Plan - We'll discuss your needs and come up with a strategic plan for creating the perfect resume to achieve your goals. (3) Resume Development - This is where you sit back and let us get the work done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Chief Writer, Danielle Ayodele, has been writing resumes since 2007 and earned the highly respected Resume Writer Certification in 2012. Her expertise was cultivated during her years working as an Employability Coach, and a Career Development Instructor.
