They fixed at first my daughter's MacBook, replaced a fried hard drive for a new one, upgraded operating system for a newer version and recovered back all my daughter's files from school and pictures, she's more than happy. A year after they made my Toshiba laptop faster adding memory, upgrading it to Windows 10 and an antivirus for a year.
