The owner Nicole set up my appointment and worked with my soccer mom schedule. I initially wanted to get a carpet clean but after speaking with her decided to get my house cleaned as well. Nicole offered me a spring savings discount. Her business partner Edward came for the job and he was fantastic. He was very thorough and payed attention to every detail of my house baseboards, window ceils and high cabinets. They left me a cute surprise at the end of my service which I felt was really nice and smelled awesome. The carpet and house smelled so clean. My family never notices when I get the house cleaned but they smelled the difference the minute they walked in the door. Nicole and Edward made my cleaning experience a great one. The owner showed up and did a walk through of my home. I told him exactly what I wanted which was to get the odor from my basement and within a few hours it smelled so fresh. He also offered to clean my carpets at a discounted rate which was nice because my kids carpet was really dirty. I can't believe how cool they were and how they went above and beyond to give me great service at a very low cost. Thank you Ed.

We have a 2/2 and hired them to clean a place that was empty, but it was not super dirty. We mainly wanted the smell, carpet, fridge, and kitchen thoroughly cleaned. Initially 2 people were suppose to come and clean for ~3 hours, but only 1 person showed up and he was done within the same amount of time that was quoted for 2 people. The place wasn't as clean as I had expected for adding extras in like carpet cleaning and fridge cleaning. When she said he was done, we went back to check and the kitchen wasn't as clean and afterwards we noticed only one bedroom's carpet was wet and the other wasn't. We're unsure if it was cleaned or not. The place did smelled better though. We didn't like the vinegar that was used to cleaned and would prefer something scented. We didn't know the company uses vinegar until we saw him use it to clean up the spots we pointed out that wasn't cleaned.
