- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to give a standard quote then have a personal consultation so that I fully understand my clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Basset license issued by the Illinois Liquor commission for education and training. I also have a ServeSafe food handlers Certification for safe food handling. I have worked in some of the best restaurants all around the world which I believe to be the very best training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fresh out of High school I landed an amazing job as a hostess in a full service restaurant I was a natural I worked every position in the restaurant with in 5 years!
