I hired Phennies Moore for some general work in my home. This included electrical, plumbing, door and lock installation and some other jobs. Mr Moore was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and extremely professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what my best course of action.
Often contractors are late and may not even show up. No matter what I need, PMCS made sure to maintain their professionalism and completed all jobs in a timely manner. Their prices are competitive.

PMCS was hired to finish my basement, adding a bathroom and bedroom. Mr. Moore is a general contractor with integrity; more importantly he never over-charged and always did exactly what he he said say he would do. PMCS stood behind every aspect of the work. Mr. Moore took his time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of using specific materials or choosing a layout. There were a few mistakes that happen on my end, the homeowner, however; he worked deligently to rectify it. What did not work well for me during the completion of the project was money. I wish I had the money to redo the rest of the house. When I get the extra cash I will be contacting PMCS to do the work. I already got my list completed.

Phennies Moore was tasked with removing my flooring in the living room, dining room, hallways, stairs and three bedrooms and then laying all new flooring within a 96 hour period, in addition to painting such said rooms. His work was efficient, effective and professional. His word, in addition to his work ethic and constant updating of the contract (either removing or adding costs) allowed me a running "receipt" of sorts. He is accommodating and is flexible. Mr. Moore appears passionate in and for his work which allows the customer the luxury of watching his creative mind flow. The end product is amazing! His prices are more than affordable and I look forward to working with him further.
