- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have my customers complete a questionnaire to help build a draft of their resume. Once that has been completed, I build a draft of the resume based on their design preference. The customer is able to review the draft and provide any changes or edits. The final changes are implemented and a PDF is sent to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years working in human resources.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of customers, from new college grads to managers. The goal is always the same - to highlight your skills in a way that is easy for hiring managers to understand.
