- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep things simple and transparent—no one likes complicated and unclear pricing. Our price will depend on three factors: 1. The scope of service: what coffee and tea you'd like us to provide—hot coffee, pour over, cold brew, nitro coffee, tea—any combination or all of the above, you choose 2. The length of time (2-hour minimum) 3. The number of guests All the drinks are unlimited—this means your guests can come back as many times as they want. No hidden fees—no set-up or clean-up fees, all condiments, supplies, and additional baristas (if needed) are included. There may be a travel charge if the location is further than 60 min. from downtown Chicago.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love getting to know our customers to understand who they are, what they like, and what their vision for the event is. We'll try to schedule an in-person meeting to chat about those things, very possibly with a tasting of some delicious coffee and/or tea. If that's not possible, a phone/video call is also an option. Of course, we understand our customers are busy people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Talking, thinking, breathing, and brewing coffee has been taking place for the last 5 years. Some would say I'm really passionate about it.
