It really depends on the ask. Everything is negotiable.

I ask a few questions up front to make sure I understand what the client wants and can help them receive exactly what they are looking for.

I have a degree from the C.I.A. Hyde Park. I have also travels the U.S. and parts of Asia working in the culinary field. Places ranging from burger joints to Michelin star restaurants.
